Clare's solo practice in Monrovia, California focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Conservatorships and Guardianships and she is licensed to practice law in both California and Minnesota.

Clare grew up in a small, rural community in Minnesota as the youngest of seven children. She received a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and then worked full-time as a trust accountant for First Trust Company in St. Paul while attending William Mitchell College of Law in the evenings. Clare lives in Monrovia with her two children.

In addition to her law practice, Clare is an enthusiastic advocate for education and believes in serving her local community. She is a trustee on the Monrovia Board of Education, and a member of the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce.
